As a mom of 3 children, I know how quickly children outgrown their things. I have also seen how expensive it can be to buy things for them. Recycling just makes total sense to me. With a decade of experience in the new/used market I saw a need for Barrie to have a south end location of a store that provides top quality products.
I established Kid's Closet in January 2006 to conveniently provide local families the opportunity to save money on clothing, toys, furniture and equipment and also provide a service of making money by customers having a place to sell their outgrown baby, maternity and children's items.
In August 2012 Kid's Closet expanded by opening a second location in Sudbury. Kid's Closet will be shortly celebrating it's 9th Anniversary in the Barrie market. I am proud to announce that we are moving to a BIGGER location early December to 21 Commerce Park Dr. That's right across the street in the Jysk plaza. I am looking forward to providing even more selection to our customers, increase selling opportunities and a few more exciting changes at our new location too.
Kid's Closet offers quality brand name clothing and an extremely large assortment of all things related to children including footwear, dancwear, Halloween costumes, games, puzzles, Dvd's, books, outerwear, room décor, strollers, cribs, bedding, maternity, skates, toys(indoor and outdoor & big and small), dresswear…there is just too much to list. Our inventory changes daily so you never know what you'll find each time you visit Kid's Closet.
We are currently buying ALL SEASONS of clothing. There is a quick and easy drop-in serve to sell your items and we pay cash. Selling your outgrown items frees up space in your closets and puts cash in your wallets. This also avoids strangers coming to your home or disappointing scheduling issues.
